UltraNavis collects the information you submit in an application — your name, company, email, phone, and details about your operation — solely to evaluate fit and contact you about a dispatch demo.
If we work together, any ride or operational data you share is handled under strict access controls, used only to set up and run your dispatch, and never sold or shared for marketing.
If you use the site assistant, what you type is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to answer you, and we do not keep the conversation. Demo details you give the assistant are stored the same way as an application.
We use privacy-respecting analytics and, if enabled, the Meta pixel for retargeting. You can request access to or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
